Welcome And Why Subscribe Sandy Kruse 0:02 Hi everyone, it's me, Sandy Kruse Welcome to Sandy K Nutrition Health and Lifestyle Queen. For many years now, I've been a trusted voice for people in midlife and beyond who want a deeper, more honest conversation about wellness. One that includes the physical, the emotional, the mental, and the esoteric. Most episodes are solo now because I want to bring you thoughtful research, lived experience, and grounded insight without noise or bias.

And when I do bring on a guest, it's because their work genuinely adds something meaningful to the conversation. Here we explore the full spectrum of what it means to be well, how the body functions, how the mind heals, how the spirit expands, and how all of these layers shape life lived with clarity and joy. Thanks for being here. And if this show resonates with you, please follow rate, review, and share it.

It truly helps the message reach more people. Hi everyone, welcome to Sandy K Nutrition Health and Lifestyle Queen. Today I'm going to talk all about quantum leaps, the big shift, 5D, a little bit of quantum physics. I'm going to get into all of it today.

And I did record a podcast, I think it was in February of 2026, all about quantum clearing of your home and clearing energy because it's all about this interrelated. You know, people often think it's this mystical, magical, how one person can affect the other and how one thing can affect another. Well, there's actually real science behind this, but a lot of it is science and soul. I'm going to ask you to hit subscribe wherever you are listening because I am one of the very few credentialed, non-celebrity, unbiased podcasters out there.

We're seeing a lot of these same guests on repeat saying the same things. And what that does from an insider perspective, just so you know, I've been doing this for over six and a half years, is it brings you more of an audience, right? So when I have guests, which I've chosen kind of to veer away from that, um, I'm bringing myself a wider audience to come and explore my podcast. Because I'm doing most of this alone, I don't have that.

So wherever you are listening, I'm gonna ask you to hit subscribe to keep supporting an unbiased podcaster that's not a celebrity that keeps bringing you unbiased topics each and every week. And by unbiased, I mean, listen, you still have my opinion, so it's still gonna be some, some, some, some, some, some bias, right? But the difference is, is I'm not giving you a gas to listen to who's probably said the same thing on five other podcasts or more, who's trying to sell you their product at the end, or you're gonna try and make a crap ton of money using their coupon code. There's nothing wrong with that, but the problem is it's saturated and you don't know really.

Well, you always got to trust yourself first, but you know, it's it's this saturation of coupon codes, and who do you trust anymore? So let's get into the topic. Quantum Leaps And Big Shifts Sandy Kruse 3:58 I'm gonna try and keep all of my topics under 40 minutes. Let's see if I can do this.

So maybe you've been doing all this work, the food, you know, the walks, the lifting of the weights, the therapy. You put your boundaries in place, and some reason your life looks exactly the same. Or maybe it's the exact opposite. Maybe everything in your life has fallen apart at once.

The money's gone, the marriage cracked, friends disappeared, your body stopped cooperating, and you're standing in the middle of it asking what you did wrong. And either way, you've probably watched it happen to somebody else. A woman who went through years of quiet work or through absolute hell and came out a different person, calmer, clearer, more confident, doesn't explain herself anymore. People ask what happened to her, and nobody saw what it took.

That's this episode. I'm gonna talk about quantum entanglement, quantum leaps, 5D, and the moment a life completely shifts, including the part that nobody puts on a vision board. Sometimes it all has to come down first. So let's go.

Entanglement And Everyday Intuition Sandy Kruse 5:21 Let's start with something you already know. Your sister, she pops into your head for no reason, and 30 seconds later, she texts. You wake up at 3 a.m. with a bad feeling about your kid, and in the morning you find out why.

You can feel your husband's mood from the driveway before he even comes in. Is this intuition or is it more? So I recorded a whole podcast about intuition. You can go back just a couple of episodes and listen to that one because you're gonna love it if you like this topic.

So most people will keep these moments to themselves. And most people were taught that everyone is a separate entity, right? Separate bodies, separate lives. Nothing passes between people except for words or energy when they see each other.

So tiny particles, like particles of light, can become entangled. And once they're linked, they act as one system, no matter how far apart they are. You measure one and you instantly instantly know something about the other, even across the planet. Einstein called it spooky action at a distance and argued it couldn't be real, but he was wrong.

Experiment after experiment proved that entanglement is real, and in 2022, three physicists, Alan Aspect, John Clauser, and Anton Zellinger won the Nobel Prize for it. It shows up in Living Things 2. European robins appear to navigate their migrations using a quantum effect inside a protein in their eyes. And the smallest, and at the smallest level, you aren't solid.

Physics describes you as energy, ripples and fields running through the entire universe. You've never truly touched your coffee cup. What feels solid is a force pushing back. No one has proven that your sister's text is two particles talking.

Okay. Entangled particles don't send messages, but physics proved something bigger. Separateness isn't the whole truth. Connection is built into reality itself.

Remember that because when you change, you do not change alone. What A Quantum Leap Means Sandy Kruse 8:20 People say quantum leap when they mean something huge. Okay. In physics, it's tiny and far more interesting.

So remember electrons and protons. Remember that whole talk in in university? And I had to take I had to take this in college again. So electrons sit on energy levels like rungs on a ladder.

Give an electron enough energy and it jumps to the next rung. It doesn't climb, it doesn't pass through the space in between. It's here, then it's there. A complete change of state.

That's a quantum leap. Not bigger, different. For nearly a century, scientists believed that these jumps were instant and random. In 2019, a team at Yale caught one in the act.

The atom had been giving off a steady flicker of light. Right before it jumped, the flicker went quiet. Then the jump moved along a smooth path, and the researchers could even catch it midway and send it back. The sudden leap had a warning sign, a stillness right before the change.

You might know that stillness, the flat, strange stress stretch where the old life stops working and the new one hasn't quite shown up yet. The things that used to light you up feel dull now. Most will call it feeling lost. And like the Adam, people reverse mid-flight all the time.

The in-between is so uncomfortable, they'll run back to the old relationship, the old habit, the old version of themselves. The fact is, is we have to be okay with the quiet. So a leap arrives in one of Quiet Change And The Warning Stillness Sandy Kruse 10:44 two ways. The first is quiet.

Picture ice in a pot on the stove with the burner on. The thermometer will read zero. You wait, still zero. You'd swear that nothing is happening.

But the ice is soaking up energy the whole time. The heat isn't raising the temperature, it's breaking apart the structure that holds the ice together. Then all at once, it's water. That's the person doing all the things with nothing to show for it yet.

The heat is going in into her nervous system, into her beliefs, the patterns that she's carried for decades. So my grandparents were old school farmers. Nobody who farms digs up the seed every morning to check whether it's growing. The roots come first and it's in the dark.

Don't you guys love that? Psychologists William Miller and Janet Bacca studied people whose lives transformed suddenly. They called it quantum change. Years later, most of these people were still changed, and what they valued most in life had often been completely rearranged.

Therapy research shows the same pattern. Many people don't improve slowly and steadily. They stall and then they leap forward between one session and the next. You get restless in conversations that used to feel comfortable.

Same stories, same drama. You catch yourself feeling like I don't want to be here anymore. Maybe you grieve sometimes for no clear reason. Sometimes for the old you, the one has held everything together and kept the peace at all and any cost.

She's the one that got you here. Letting her go is a real loss, and the quiet, just like the Adam. So the second way is not quiet at all. The Tower And The Dark Night Sandy Kruse 13:40 Sometimes a life doesn't gently melt into something new, it completely falls apart.

The business fails, the marriage crumbles, the friend group dismantles, and you're on the outside by choice. Your health collapses as your body forces you to stop. The job you built your entire identity on just disappears. Sometimes it's all of it back to back, so fast that you can't even catch your breath.

The tarot actually, tarot has a card. It's called the Tower. Lightning strikes, and everything built on a weak foundation comes crashing down. The mystics named it too.

In the 1500s, the Spanish monk St. John of the Cross wrote about the dark night of the soul, a season when everything that used to hold you up is completely stripped away. When you're in it, it doesn't feel spiritual. It feels like drowning, it feels like punishment, it feels like some sort of proof that you did something wrong.

But sometimes the collapse isn't the opposite of the shift. Sometimes the collapse is the shift. So go back to the ice that I talked about. Water can't exist inside the shape of ice.

The crystal structure has to break completely for the new state to happen. There's no version where the ice keeps its shape and becomes water anyway. Your old life works the same way. A lot of it was built by an older version of you, built from fear, survival, people pleasing, needing to be chosen, the money built that way, money built from you know circumstances like just ego.

I've talked about 2026 being the year of disclosure. Go back to that episode and listen to that. The friendships, the marriage dynamic, the way you drove your body to the ground. When you start changing state, those structures can't hold the new you anymore.

So they crack. Your health goes, and so does the job. That's because a lot of these pillars were leaning on each other. It's the domino effect, right?

And often they were all leaning on you, on your overfunctioning, on you holding it all together, smoothing it all over, saying yes, pushing through. And then the moment that you stop or can't anymore, everything that depended on you, carrying it drops all at the same time. It looks like it's bad luck. And very often it's a structure that was only standing because you were holding it up somehow.

And here's the part that a lot of people don't say out loud. They felt it coming months before, sometimes years before. There was a feeling, a heaviness walking into the office every day. Okay, listen, how many people want to go to work today?

Take that with a grain of salt. A voice saying something in this marriage isn't right. A sense that the friend group was only held together by habit and not true connection. A body that kept whispering to change course.

You didn't listen because listening would have meant tearing it down yourself. So life did it for you. That isn't a reason for shame, it's a reason to trust yourself more next time. The knowing was real, it was early, not wrong.

I've said this before in other posts and other podcasts. It's called the quiet, quiet. People use it to explain that they didn't just abruptly leave, say, their friend group, rather, their emotional attachment, so the soul, their soul, detached long before they physically stopped hanging out the body. So the soul left first, the body followed, but much later.

See what I'm saying? Here's something so many say out loud without realizing what they're describing. I prayed for my life to change, and then everything fell apart. Of course it did.

You asked for a new life, the new one was never going to arrive with the old one standing in the way. Science has seen this pattern too. Ilya Pragoni, I think that's how you pronounce it, won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1977 for studying systems pushed far out of balance. He showed that when a system is pushed hard enough, it becomes unstable.

Small disturbances grow, it looks like chaos, and then instead of simply falling apart for good, the system can reorganize into a new, more complex order. In his work, breakdown wasn't only an ending, it could be the doorway to a higher form. Nature shows this in a caterpillar. Inside the chrysalis, the caterpillar doesn't just sprout wings, much of its body breaks down into something close to soup.

Clusters of cells that were there all along build the butterfly out of what's left. And in 2008, researchers at Georgetown University found that moths could still remember something they had learned as caterpillars. Nature shows it in forest too. Here in Canada, jack pine cones are sealed shut with resin.

Many of them won't open until their seeds and release their seeds until a fire burns through them. The heat melts the seal. The forest that looks destroyed is the only place those seeds can finally start. Interesting, right?

So that's you and the rubble. Everything feels dissolved, but the core of you, the part that knows, comes out the other side. A Polish psychiatrist named Dobrowski called this positive disintegration. He believed anxiety, inner conflict, and falling apart could be part of real human growth, not only illness.

The only structure of the personality has to come apart before a higher one can form. And he believed the deeply sensitive, intense people, the feelers. I've written a I've written and recorded a podcast all about sensitive people. So these feelers go through this more than anyone because they carry the most potential for growth.

So if you're a highly sensitive person, go back and listen to my podcast. It is a gift. Sometimes it doesn't feel like that. I know because I am definitely one of them.

Researchers Richard Tedeski and Lawrence Calhoun. Spent years studying people after devastating loss. They named what many of them experienced post-traumatic growth. Not everyone, and never because the pain itself was good, but many came through with deeper relationships, a new sense of their own strength and confidence, a spiritual shift, possibilities they never would have seen before, and a completely different appreciation for being alive.

You can see it in real lives. I know I've talked about this many times, but there's many examples like you know, J.K. Rawling. She was a divorced single mother living on welfare in Edinburgh.

Edinburgh, did I pronounce it wrong? And she said she felt like she was the biggest failure she knew. Years later, she described hitting rock bottom as the solid foundation that she built her life on. Of course, everybody knows who she is.

Harry Potter. Now look at her. What Falls Away During Transformation Sandy Kruse 23:16 So what falls away and why? Money often goes when it was tied to a life you weren't meant to keep living.

So I do speak and I have spoken about this. 2026 is an interesting year. They call it the year of disclosure where greed, money, all of that kind of comes up and bubbles up. We've seen many examples of this.

So let's give you an example too. The job that paid for the house, but cost you your health, the business that you built to prove something to someone else, to show, to just, you know, exploit your ego. Losing it is brutal, but it also frees you from it. People fall away when the relationship depended on the old you.

And that is good and okay. The friends who liked you best, fun, small, available, agreeable. The ones who bonded with you over complaining, the circle that needed you in a certain role to keep that social dynamic alive. But when you change, they leave or they push you out.

It hurts, but it also clears the rim. Health breaks down when your body has been carrying what your mind wouldn't look at, or when you've run on empty for too long. It's the body saying stop. And I recorded a podcast about that too, about how the body keeps the score.

It's all about metaphysical anatomy. So then there's the identity. Who are you if you're not the successful one with all the money? The devoted wife.

You're not the fun friend anymore. You're not the easy-going one, the healthy one, the one that holds everything and everyone together, the one that makes all the plans, all the social events. That's the hardest loss for many. It's also the one that makes room for the most.

Two things matter here. The collapse doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Sometimes life just hits. You don't have to find a hidden lesson in every loss to deserve to heal.

Some people change quietly and never lose everything. Both are real. What nobody tells you is how long the rubble phase can last. It can be months, it can be years.

Some mornings you'll wake up and forget for a second and then it all lands again. You'll grieve the life that you had, even the parts that were hurting you. You might feel shame, especially if there's money involved, or maybe about the friends who walked away, or about what people are saying. You'll wonder if this is just who you are now.

It isn't who you are, it's where you are. The social part can be tough. The invitations stop. You hear through someone else that people are gossiping about you and your life, but nobody checks in to see how you are.

People you sat beside at every birthday suddenly look at their phones when you walk in, or they snub you sometimes very obviously, because you're not who they want you to be. A simple, it's been a year. The people who need more than that usually want the gossip, not you. So the rubble phase isn't the time to build a whole new life by Friday.

It's the time to do the small basic things. Make sure you're sleeping well, eat real food, walk, drink the water, call, you know, the few friends who are the really good people who have stayed. Say no to anything that drains you and what little you might have left. Feel your emotions.

You know, I see on TikTok all the time, don't hold on to anger. You must forgive. I'm like, you know what? Do whatever the fuck you want.

How about that? Very few people will say that, but I guess I should take a moment to talk about my program. It's called the Sovereign Method, and it's coming October 1st. And really, it's a method that you can do, especially during these hard phases.

You may not do them all the time, but it's really that way that you can rebuild your own strength from inside. It's not a master manifestation program, it's not, you know, any kind of therapy or anything like that. But I love this myself. Whenever I'm in that moment in my life where I need to work on something, I create my own customized protocol and I talk about how to do that, where you can do that yourself.

Let's talk about it's called, I can't pronounce it right in Japan. It's an art, it's called Kinsugi. Kinsugi. It's when a bowl breaks, it isn't thrown away.

The pieces are mended with gold. I saw this on Instagram. So the crabs, crap, crabs, the cracks become the most beautiful part. The bowl doesn't pretend it was never broken.

And it's more valuable because it was. That, my beauties, is the quantum leap on the other side. Not the same life with nicer furniture, it's a different state. And the moment of the leap itself, when it comes, it's usually not dramatic.

You wake up one morning and the decision that has tortured you for three years isn't hard anymore. You just know. Someone says the thing that has hooked you your whole life and it slides right off your back. You're driving, and you realize that you haven't even thought about him in days.

Nothing on the outside changed that morning, and everything on the inside finished changing. And you can tell it's real because when you reach for the old anger or the old fear, you can't quite find it anymore. It fits like a sweater two sizes too small. To everyone around you, it looks like it's sudden.

To you, it took years or it took everything. I don't know that. But that's why I always say anger and emotions and all of that, it's there for a reason. You can't just extinguish it like a fire.

Your Change Triggers Pushback And Healing Sandy Kruse 30:52 Now let's get back to entanglement. When you change quietly or through abrupt changes, the people connected to you feel it. Not all of them like it. Psychologist Harry Harriet Lerner calls these changes back reactions.

When one person in a family or a relationship changes, the others often push back, not always because they don't love you. Systems like you to stay the same. When you stop playing your old part in any kind of function, everyone else's part gets a little bit shaky, right? You set a boundary and your friend goes cold, you stop overfunctioning at home, and your husband gets irritable.

You stop drinking, and the invitations dry up. So I know this one because I had a tendency to give people way too many chances, and I felt everything, and I carried so much that wasn't mine. And when I finally started to choose me, not everyone came along, and that's okay. Some people were very comfortable with the old Sandy Cruise, but there is a hopeful side to entanglement.

Your calm changes the temperature in your house, your boundaries show your child that what she's allowed to expect. I've watched whole families soften because one woman decided the pattern would end with her. You can't make anyone else's leap for them, but you never shift alone. Never.

And usually this shift has a really positive impact, at least for the people who you choose to keep in your life. Astrology Menopause And The Filter Drops Sandy Kruse 33:10 So then there's astrology. I always have to bring in a little bit of that. You guys know I'm I'm while I don't believe in predictive astrologies, so to speak, there's always going to be a little bit of that.

So astrology has its own map for these seasons. And if you've ever wondered why your late 20s or your early 40s might have blown up, it's worth a look. Okay. Look at your birth chart.

Don't just look at you know your sun sign. Look at your whole birth chart. And there are apps that you can do this. I'm not going to get into all of that here.

So then there's Dr. Lisa Muscone. She did brain imaging research. And this research shows that the brain really does change through menopause.

And in some areas, it appears to adapt and recover after, not just decline, reorganization. And then on the other side, so many women say the same thing. The filter came off. They stopped laughing at jokes that weren't funny.

They stopped hosting every holiday out of obligation, started saying no without a paragraph of apology after it. The culture calls that getting difficult. My beauties. I'm on the other side.

Now let's get into 5D. 5D Living Plus Grounded Next Steps Sandy Kruse 34:45 So in spiritual language, 3D is survival. It's ego, fear, scarcity, separation. 5D is a different state of consciousness, unity, love, intuition, living from your higher self instead of your wounds.

That's where my program comes in called the Sovereign Method. And it's only $47 Canadian because I want it to be affordable for almost anyone. And here's what this looks like on a regular Tuesday. 3D is fuming in the grocery line.

5D is noticing your body tense, taking a breath, and letting it go. 3D is re-arguing last night's fight in the shower and winning every point. 5D is getting curious about he was what he was actually afraid of. 3D is needing everyone to approve of your choice and your decision.

5D is simply making it without explaining it to anyone. 3D is scrolling someone else's life and feeling like you're left behind. 5D is knowing there was never a race. People who live from that place describe synchronicities stacking up, intuition getting louder, and time feeling less like something chasing them.

So this is exactly why the tower, you know, like intense changes, so often come before 5D. So much of a 3D life is built from fear, ego. When the fear-built things fall, you're forced to stand on something else. A lot of people only find 5D because 3D stopped working.

So I can tell you from experience, it's not like we can always be in 5D, but I definitely know that a lot of who I am will reside now and again, at least, in 5D. Now there's a body piece to this too. Under intense stress, the front of your brain that handles patience and perspective goes partly offline, and the older reactive parts take over. You can't meditate your way into 5D on three hours of sleep, coffee, and cortisol.

The doorway runs through your body. Sleep, nourishment, breath, steady blood sugar, time outside, people who you feel safe with. Physics has its own dimensions. Einstein made time for the fourth.

In the 1920s, Theodore Calusa and Oscar Klein proposed a hidden fifth. String theory needs ten or eleven. None have been observed yet, and they describe the shape of the universe, not consciousness. Nobody has proven that the two of them are the same, but mystics in meditation and physicists working through equations both landed in the same place.

Reality holds more than you can see from where you're standing. When Einstein's closest friend, Michelle Bessot, died in 1955. Einstein wrote to the family that for physicists, the line between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion. So when someone tells you that your future self already exists, that isn't as far from a physics perspective as it sounds.

Even in the rubble, she is there. That version is there. One more thing. Quantum is stamped on everything now.

Pendants, water, bracelets, programs that cost a fortune. The word on the label doesn't make anything quantum, and nothing you buy will make that leap for you. Before you go, let's sit with a few questions. What have I been pouring heat into with nothing to show for yet?

What in my life has fallen apart, and what was it actually built on? Who left and who stayed? What am I scared to let go of, even though it's already gone? And if my future self is already there, what is she wanting or waiting for me to stop doing?

Most women already know the answer, and the knowing is never the problem. It's where are you right now? If you're in the quiet build, keep putting the heat on, stop digging up the seed. Measure by this time last year, not by this week.

If you're in the tower, so that whole destructive phase, stop asking what you did wrong and start asking, what are you clearing? What's clearing? Get real help for your body, your money, and your heart. Let the people who left go.

Notice who stayed. And if you're in the quiet before the jump, don't run back to the old life just because it's familiar and you're scared. And whoever you are, spend a few minutes a day with her. I always say you can't evolve without getting quiet.

Spend time with your future self. How does she talk? What is she not tolerating anymore? Where she is she putting her energy?

Then do one small thing that she would do. Live it. Live her. Okay.

That's actually a form of manifestation. All of this, the power begins with you, not with a guru or a product or a label that says quantum. Sometimes your life changes quietly. Sometimes it burns to the ground first.

Either way, what breaks was built by who you used to be. What gets rebuilt is built by who you're becoming. If your life is in pieces right now, you're not finished. You might be mid-flight.

So that's okay too. If this episode spoke to you, please send this to a woman who needs it or a friend who needs it. And what I will say is you are not alone. Because trust me, I talk to a lot of people, and a lot of people are in this weird, sometimes quiet, sometimes not quiet space.

But it's, you know, there's it's it always feels good to know that you're not alone. So thank you so much for listening. Please hit subscribe and share, and we'll see you next week. Bye for now.
